My policies exist as a way to communicate how I do business, my terms of agreement, and my conditions as we work together. These policies are intended to protect our mutual investment in doing business together, as well as define the rules we agree to follow in doing so. Release of Liability (for Services Provided)
Informed Consent
I hereby request and consent to the services of Spirit Equine Healing, LLC, that may consist of animal communication or any other services performed by Jessica Wipprecht, who now or in the future renders services to my horse.
General Release of Liability
In consideration of the following, I hereby release and forever discharge Jessica Wipprecht, or Spirit Equine Healing, LLC from all responsibility or liability of any kind, nature or character whatsoever from the beginning of this world to this day. This transaction is consummated at my specific request.
I understand that any services offered do not replace regular care by my veterinarian, and that massage/bodywork practitioners are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given would be construed as such.
I agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in my horse's medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part if I forget to inform of such. Should I choose to disregard this liability and pursue legal action, I will pay all legal fees incurred by Jessica Wipprecht and Spirit Equine Healing, LLC.
Consent for Use or Disclosure of Health Information
Appointment Reminder and Health Care Information Authorization
We are very concerned with protecting your personal information, but if at any time we feel that your horse’s health is at risk and needs evaluated by a veterinarian, we will contact a veterinarian of your choice.
Spirit Equine Healing, LLC may need to use your name, address, and phone number to contact you with appointment reminders, information about treatment alternatives, or other health related information that may be of interest to you. If this contact is made by phone and you are not home, a message will be left on your answering machine or voicemail. By signing this form, you are giving us authorization to contact you with these reminders and information.
Upon the approval of a licensed veterinarian
Please be advised that it is the horse owner’s responsibility to inform the veterinarian of any medical needs the horse may have.
Office Terms & Conditions During the Appointment
"Office" is defined herein as the physical location in which Spirit Equine Healing, LLC is performing services. Please adhere to the following during the appointment:
Safe and clean environment:

NO children running around horse or in the same aisle as the horse being treated.

Avoid scheduling appointments during feeding time at your location.
All services must be paid for no later than at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted for in-person services, during the appointment, are as follows:

Cash, Venmo, Square

All electronic payments will have 4% convenience fee added to total.
Responsible adult must be present at all times.

No minor will be the responsible party for a horse at any time.

Responsible adult must be present if the main caretaker of the horse is a minor.

Please be courteous to others and cancel your appointment at least 48 hours ahead of time.

If you are not ready for your appointment and I must wait for you, a $60 charge will be added to the total.

Please be advised that it is the horse owner’s responsibility to inform the veterinarian that equine massage is being performed on their horse if they so choose. Should the horse owner or veterinarian require records on any or all visits, it is the responsibility of the horse owner to inform Jessica Wipprecht, or Spirit Saddle & Tack, to send said records.
